You can pay for your order in different ways. Currently we offer the following payment methods:

Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped within 48 hours. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course notify you as soon as possible. The prices listed do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are:
- €2.99 for orders that fit through the mailbox (not insured)
- €4.99 for large packages under €50 (insured shipping)
- Free for orders over €50 (insured shipping)
Shipping costs within Europe are:
- €7.99 for packages under €50 (insured shipping)
- Free for orders over €50 (insured shipping)

Reflection time/return
Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
For hygienic reasons, earrings can not returned.
For sale items that are returned you will receive a credit from us.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the store are for your own account.
These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of the carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you must always contact us in advance at bohostijl.nl and you will receive instructions from us on how to process the return. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return provided the product has already been received in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Want to exchange your product? That's not a problem at all. You can contact bohostijl.nl for this. However, you bear the cost of returning the product.

Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim.
Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
